  • follow-up on surveillance procedures;
  • representation in the filing of defense and administrative appeals against municipal, state and federal tax assessments and conducting proceedings in all instances;
  • representation in lawsuits related to federal, state and municipal taxes and conducting proceedings in all instances;
  • preparation of legal opinions.
